Shipping information:

As an online nursery we do not question or assume the buyers intent of an order placed or the ship to address. We also do not share any of the buyers information or payment without a request from the buyer to forward in the form of a note or message to the receiver. Once we are notified of a special request, we are happy to forward it with the order at the time of shipping.

We do not ship bare root:

Each of our plants is shipped in a pot (see listing for pot size) with soil. Each plant is individually wrapped for protection. Our larger plants are packaged for protection and time travel.

Shipping Time:

Plants are generally shipped within 1-4 weeks after payment has been received. Depending on their status and the time of year. We ship Mon-Wed depending on your location. If you have any question on when your order will be placed on our shipping schedule contact us at

Shipping Within the US Restriction:

We are sorry to say that we will not be able to ship these plants to Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico due to restrictions placed on incoming shipments by their Departments of Agriculture.

California customers – some plants may be restricted, please inquire.

Our Guarantee:  

We promise and guaranteed to deliver healthy plants to you in good condition and support a return policy up to 30 days. At delivery,  if a plant appear to be seriously damaged or in bad condition upon arrival, contact us to let us know within 3 days of receiving them.  Pictures of the plant(s) in their arrival condition and in their original pots is needed to file a claim.  Pictures can be submitted to us using our email address kaykey24@msn.com.

No additional, extended or long term warranty is expressed or implied.

All live plants purchased from our online nursery are delivered to the ship to address at the request of the buyer. Proper handling and transplanting of stock live plants is the customer’s responsibility upon receipt of the plant by the customer. We offer, general information regarding the plants growth and planting needs, but the plants new environment will determine its success and continued viability.

Hardy Zone Restrictions:

We do not zone restrict any live plants. The buyers choice to order a live plant shipped outside of their hardy zone is shipped at the risk of the buyer. If you need information on your city’s hardy zone, please include the ship to address zip code and we will help you find your growing zone. When providing a new home for small plants/plugs their is always the chance that you can loose a percentage of them. Each scenario is different, however the most common is the plants are outside of their hardy zone, too much or not enough moisture.

Return Policy:

We do support a 30 days return policy for our online customers. The shipping charge is not reimburse or refundable.Limit of Liability:
Our number one goal is to provide our customers with the delivery of a healthy stock plant true to name. With proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the original amount paid only. We will not be liable for any amount greater than than the original price. Our online nursery gives no warranty as to the growth or productivity of any plant stock we sell. Orders can be voided for the following reasons; damage from weather conditions, fires, chemical damage, floods, accidents, out of stock inventory and any other cause or reason beyond reasonable control of Sandys Nursery Online.

Replacement Policy:

As an online nursery we do not compete with any local garden center as to their returns and/or their replacement policy. Reason: our online nursery can not offer local pick-up, shipping and handling charges would apply and plants maybe purchase and shipped outside of their hardy zone.

Most local garden centers that do offer a return policy that includes a refund or replacement within a reasonable amount of time. The customer returns the item in the shape that it is in and/or picks-up a replacement or refund. This kind of return policy does not include delivery and/or postage. As an online nursery we could not offer that same return policy as delivery and/or postage would apply.


By entering your email on our website, you agree to be contacted for emails. This can include review emails and abandoned cart reminders.


Returns will be accepted when we have been notified within 30 days of delivery. This period of time is important as to the care of the plants is in the buyer hands before the return is shipped back. When contacting us with a return request, please include your e-mail address.  Return shipping charge is at the customers expense. The original Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Plants must be returned in good condition within 2 weeks of the return request date. All live plants must be returned in their original condition. Live plant orders over $50.00 will be charged 15% restocking fee.

Pre-Order Reservation

A “Pre-Order” is an order for an item that will be available for shipment at an estimated date for planting in the Spring and Fall.
When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide the correct ship to address and billing information. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping to information.


You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order.

Shipping Schedule

Estimated time of shipment is only an estimate and is subject to change mostly due to Mother Nature. In the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Sandys Nursery Online is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation.


You or Sandys Nursery Online may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price without interest. If Sandys Nursery Online cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price without interest and no cancelation processing fees.
